“As a product developer for M&M’S Retail, is it my job to develop quality, licensed product. Four years ago, we used an antiquated system for tracking approvals and we knew there was a better solution for managing the day to day work load. After interviewing many companies, CTI proved best for our needs because of the personal attention & flexibility of their Prooftrak system.
Together we worked to customize a system that would provide a home for all of the product we develop at every stage. Every aspect of our work flow and approval process was considered and in the end, a new cloud based, approval system was born.
