As a product developer for M&M'S Retail, is it my job to develop quality, licensed product. Four years ago, we used an antiquated system for tracking approvals and we knew there was a better solution for managing the day to day work load. After interviewing many companies, CTI proved best for our needs because of the personal attention & flexibility of their Prooftrak system.
Together we worked to customize a system that would provide a home for all of the product we develop at every stage. Every aspect of our work flow and approval process was considered and in the end, a new cloud based, approval system was born.
We have now used Prooftrak for four years processing over 5000 submittals and have recently added Contract Port for further efficiency. Soon after the initial system was established, other Mars business units were impressed and started working with CTI on their own version.
