The Ask: after 2 years of supporting the product development division on behalf of the licensing group, we were tasked to build an online solution for both the Premia and Mars management group.
The Solution: define and deliver a robust dynamic solution that not only monitors compliance of factory/agent/licensing audits but notifies stakeholders via email for product workflows. In addition Mars Divisions are kept up to date regarding internal and external reporting to monitor compliance.

The Ask: Develop a digital performance measurement tool to insure timely seasonal product refreshes, planogram rollouts and new product launches at the store level.
The Solution: configured MerchTrak to digitally share detailed planograms and instructions by store, by product category, and by style for correct product placement by sales staff. Performance measured reported by category, by store and by region. Compliance photos time and date stamped and automatically uploaded to desktop by store for review.
